How to register with the SRS!
Haven't you registered with the SRS as a self-employed person yet?

Here's a 3-step guide on how to deal with it:
Click the “Create a new document” button. Go to eds.vid.gov and log in to your account.
Use one of the secure access methods - e-signature, bank authentication or Smart-ID. Without this step, you will not be able to register yourself as a Self-employed person.

Choose an authorization method

Authorize with the selected method

Opens the “Documents” section in the menu
Select the “Documents” section and open the registration form
Click “From form” in the left menu, type “Taxpayer (individual) registration” in the search box, and open the appropriate form. This is the first step to becoming an officially registered Self-employed person.

Click the "Create new document" button

Select the "All Documents" tab

Find the line “Taxpayer (individual) registration”
Fill out the form with your details
Indicate the desired type of activity, start date, and contact information. When everything is filled in, click "Submit". The SRS will process the application within a few days

Select “Self-employed person” and click “Register”

Fill out the questionnaire

Next, fill in information about yourself and your business activity.
